COVID-19 Alert

Effective May 26, 2020, in response to NJ Governor Murphy’s Executive Order No. 145, we will resume elective dental procedures that are deemed necessary to the patient’s health and well being, in the best judgement of our doctors.

As you will readily notice, things around the office will be very different both procedurally and physically. Below we have outlined what to expect of us and what we ask of you.

  • At the bottom of this page please download, print, and completely fill out the “Advisory, Acknowledgement, and Health History” form. IF ANY OF THE ANSWERS IS “YES”, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT ENTER THE OFFICE.
  • If you feel sick or are experiencing fever, cough, and/or breathing problems or have had contact with anybody known to have tested positive for COVID-19 without the subsequent 2-week quarantine period, DO NOT ENTER THE OFFICE.
  • To minimize congregating in our waiting room and maintain proper social distancing, upon arriving at our office, we ask you call from your car to tell us you have arrived. We will call you back to let you know when we’re ready and you will enter the office and proceed directly to the treatment room. Please wear a protective mask as you enter the office and keep it on until told to remove by a staff member in the treatment room.
  • We will be treating you with the appropriate PPE equipment depending on the type of procedure you are to have. This equipment may include respirator type face masks and face shields as an example. It may look “weird” or overpowering, but it all is in the best interest to protect you and our staff.
  • After treatment you will be asked to place your protective mask back on and proceed directly back to your car. Our front desk staff will immediately call you to schedule appointments and handle insurance and financial matters. Payments can still be made by credit card or checks/cash can be put through our mail slot in our side employee exit door.

While providing the highest quality dental care, rest assure we will always continue to pay strict attention to proper sterilization and infection control guidelines while adhering to the recommendations of federal and state health agencies as well as our dental societies.

It will be an interesting and challenging time in everybody’s attempts to get things back to as normal as possible.

Thank you and stay safe!
